It's a hospital so expect both good and bad.If you can, get someone to drop you off and come back for you later or use the train because parking here is one of the worst I've ever known in 40 years of driving.The disabled spots are quite often taken by none disabled people who don't care about getting a ticket. You'll see cars parked everywhere with tickets.

Excellent facilities and staff that really care. Coffee shop, shops, and cafes are all on site. Lots of parking, but it does get busy, so plan extra time to find a space. £7.50 to park for 8 hours.

Had ecg allergy textbooks taken and a xray plus consultations with a doctor and the surgeon who will be doing my heart operation and all where very nice and made me feel relaxed

I don't use these facilities on a regularly basis. I hope that the General Public is happy to use the site and appreciate its well kept facility by the users and staff. The Staff are very friendly and helpful to anyone who uses this site. It's Noticeable, with excellencies and care taken in a clean well planned area. Close to all amenities with transport availability a priority for its function here. This is positioned in a well-known area. Given 5 Star is a well established rating.

Over the year's I've needed James Cook never been disappointed people knock the NHS I find it brilliant it's a long way to travel for me 66 mile round trip Friarage hospital only 12 mile round trip but you can't always get what you need there although it's Improving all the time

Terrible no vacant spaces in patients car park, drove around for half an hour and in the end left the site, parked in a residential street and ran back. Lots of stickered cars all over the place, stressful.
