The Staff at the Ipswich store made our whole experience enjoyable and stress free. I highly recommend visiting the store, using the sleep match service and listening to the advice the extremely knowledgable staff give.

We were approached by Aimee, who helped us to choose the right mattress for a new bed we wanted. She was polite with no pressure, sales pitch or waffle. We could have spent all day deciding and it wouldn't have mattered, she wanted us to decide not pushing us for a decision. We were offered a coffee and any questions we had she was ready to answer or if she didn't know, she asked the manager. We were also given a pack of pillows as a thank you for our purchase. If you are thinking of getting a bed, head to Dreams to see what they have to offer-ask for Aimee.

We visited the ipswich Dreams beds we were met by Aimee, who was very helpful finding a bed and two mattresses for us, with a very cheerful attitude and not at all pushy. so all in all, a very pleasant experience.

Dreams not in mine. Salesman sitting on a bed. Ask me can I help you while still sitting on the bed? I walk around the shop looking at mattresses, the staff for more busy talking and I was the only customer in the shop. I looked all around. I took photos and I didn't buy anything. Not impressed with the staff as they seem. They are more worried about chatting and not worried about selling beds. Not going back very poor,

Store manager is the worst salesman I’ve ever come across, so rude and didn’t listen to a word we said. Ended up walking out halfway through talking to him and he still carried on. Go to Bensons they are much more helpful in there

Just bought my Hopkins Ottoman bed and i have to say the customer service from Emily was outstanding , nothing was to much for her and she went over and above to get us the right bed, thank you for your help Emily , we look forward to seeing you again when we are ready to buy our new mattress

We were given an excellent service, by Dom, offered us coffee ☕ I went on a Sleep Motion bed to establish what type of mattress would suit me, as I suffer from lower back pain. Then we laid on various beds to see which one would suit us the best. Dom had a lot of knowledge about different beds etc. Excellent service can not fault the service and we came away, after buying a king size mattress and divan.
