I have been seeing Kirsty regularly for a number of years now. She is the first person I contact with any issue I have with my back. She is highly knowledgable and I always know I will come away in less pain and with greater mobility than when I went to see her. I have recommended Kirsty to several people all of whom rate her highly too. Kirsty is friendly and professional, I can not fault her

As an (ageing!) ex-acrobat with hypermobility, I have a lot of issues - particularly with my back, shoulders and neck - and she is entirely responsible for keeping me moving... Recently, I woke up one morning in excruciating pain, totally unable to turn my head; Not only did Kirsty make the time to fit me in to her bonkersly busy clinic that day but 12 hours after the session with her, I had 80% range of movement back and massively reduced pain and within 36hrs I was almost completely back to ‘normal’. As far as I am concerned she is a miracle worker and cannot recommend her highly enough….

Kirsty is the absolute best sports therapist I've used. She's helped me through a couple of half marathons and computer desk related posture problems. I couldn't recommend her enough.
