Very unsympathetic staff; especially Daniel who does not understand how to talk to human beings. There are very 'up themselves' and believe that they are better than you. Both Doctors are not very nice and treat you like dirt. Dont go there if you want to have a pleasant experience

I started to visit the Dr Jenni Clinic around June 2021. I began with beauty treatments moving onto GP appointments. I have received excellent medical treatment that has helped me immensely. Dr Jenni's skills, care, and down to earth personality are amazing. The team is always happy and helpful. This clinic has so much to offer and is truly a pleasure to visit.Thank you, Laura and Alesia, for my wonderful treatments. Microneedling and medical skin peels have hugely improved the tone and suppleness of my skin.The reflexology is wonderful, too. Amazing health benefits and incredibly relaxing.After developing a patch of alopecia, Dr. Jenni suggested I have microneedling as treatment. Thank you to Dr Jenni and the team for microneedling at the clinic. I've now made a full recovery.

I hate needles so it was my first time getting the hayfever jab.The staff were very caring from my first call. They took time to understand my fear and Dr Jenni even made sure I was last on her list so I didn’t worry about the next patient.Even when I arrived I was early and asked for a stress ball because of nerves which they got me! As a long term hay-fever sufferer I’ve struggled for over 2 decades with the increasingly worsening symptoms it brings. This summer I’ve reached my limit and needed to do something different, taking hay-fever tablets, multiple daily showers and all the other things we do to alleviate its impact was making little to no difference. After speaking to a few people and realising an injection was an option I did some research and came across Dr Jenni’s clinic. ALL the reviews were 5*. I have not been disappointed, yeah maybe I could’ve got the injection cheaper elsewhere if I’d wanted to travel or risk my health. The clinic is immaculate and welcoming, Dr Naomi was professional and answered my questions. The injection genuinely and almost over night has eradicated my symptoms. The acid test was over the weekend when I attacked the garden and its various bushes. Usually this triggers my body into a full meltdown; but nothing happened. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend the Clinic / injection more. I’ll be doing it again next year, but getting it done earlier in the season so I can enjoy the whole summer!

I can highly recommend the Emsella Chair for all your incontinence problems which can be experienced in the calm and serene atmostphere of the Dr Jenni Clinic. A thoroughly professional and modern clinic with proficient Therapists on hand to guide you through the process in soothing and comforting surroundings.Highly recommended.

Really happy with the results from my hayfever injection. I can finally enjoy my summers outside. Dr Jenni was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and I’ll definitely be coming back again to try out some other treatments! Clinic is very nice, welcoming and clean!

Brilliant! I booked to get the Hay Fever jab as I have to shut myself away most of the summer due to grass pollen. I have tried every antihistamine and nasal spray and even brought an air purifier but nothing worked. Last summer I had to cancel so many plans but this year is different. I came to The Dr Jenni Clinic in March and was nervous however as soon as I walked through the doors I was not. This place is gorgeous and so calming, its nothing like going to the Doctors. The nurse was lovely and the consolation room was huge and relaxing. I have just come back from a week away in a B&B surrounded by grassy fields and trees and I did not sneeze or cough once. I highly recommend The Dr Jenni Clinic and the Hay Fever jab. I will be coming back next year for the Jab too. Thank you

The clinic is lovely, very welcoming and nice chill environment. I had a hayfeaver injection and it started working within 12 hours, haven’t had any symptoms or side effects. Was very quick and painless. Highly recommend!! Would definitely get it next year as well.
