Great hotel, relaxed warm and friendly experience. Room was overall very good and the staff make it a good place to stay. Value for money was excellent in comparison to the nearby Premier Inn. The breakfast was very good lots of choice and the full cooked breakfast was excellent.

Bed very comfortable.Shower enjoyable.i didn't want to get out.Room became too warm at night disturbing my sleep.Reception very helpful.charged my mobile for me as I forgot my charger! I enjoyed my breakfast.yoghurt.toast real butter Philadelphia cream cheese.bacon and mushrooms for a butty!

About 15 or 20 minutes to Nottingham castle. Delicious large breakfast buffet, plus kids eat free for dinner with a paying adult. Great employees! Clean room and impeccable service!

The friendly welcome on arrival and the bright and sophisticated ambience were nice. The breakfast staff were lovely and personable. I could see that they were busy but still in good spirits, helping the guests. The cleaning staff also did a great job looking after the hotel

Holiday Inn Nottingham, an IHG Hotel
Couldn't fault the hotel or service we got. Rooms were spacious and clean and they went to the effort to provide us with enough beds so none of the kids had to share plus adjoining, connected rooms. They also made sure we had arranged our party so we all qualified for the free breakfast. Excellent!The hotel was a pleasant walk down the canal to town, though a fairly decent distance (3km or so).Felt like a proper hotel stay for less than the cost of the budget inns.

Great hotel, stayed while we visited the Christmas market on the 9th Dec 2023, Ground floor room for myself & wife. room was clean & tidy, very comfy bed & had a great nights sleep. dinner & breakfast was very good & cooked lovely. if i was to say anything needed changing, would be the sofas at the bar, too soft that it makes you feel they are broken. All staff from check Inn to check Out was great. & very helpful / polite. i would stay here again. full top 5*
