I come here all the time for Casper's food, his medications, and treats. I personally have only experienced really helpful assistance from employees within pets at home. They are also very knowledgeable when you ask them questions and Casper enjoys a visit with me every time. He loves the Lilly's kitchen treats and he also loves the vegan range of treats too.

Seems to have a wide variety of stuff for pets but what's on display not always in stock.Some staff very helpful but one particular male member is quite rude so try and avoid him. Could do with some customer service training.

Plenty of parking here as on a retail park. Good size store plenty of space between isles. A few rabbits and guinea pigs to look at for young kids.Normally well stocked with everything for most pets.

Bought 2 hamsters here one died 3.5 weeks later the other exactly a month my son had been traumatised and so have I I will never get another animal from thjs store and there breeders again as our 1st hamster died of old age

Brought this stuff for oreo our pet rabbit it is a bit pricey but the stuff is good the labels were wrong on the shelf though as said the plush bed was 12quid but was alot more expensive than that, it has a large variety and when purchasing fish they ask way to many questions for some reason which gets annoying
