Yoga, Tantra & Ayurveda with Ivana

Ivan is an incredible individual who continues to inspire me with each of her classes, even though I can't attend them as often as I'd like due to the demands of my young family and business. That's precisely why I'm writing this review. During a brief morning walk, Ivan shared some valuable insights into Ayurvedic medicine, which essentially boils down to the importance of clean, basic eating. While I've always maintained a balanced diet and taken care of myself, the past 12 months have left me feeling utterly drained and depleted, especially as I navigate the challenges of perimenopause. It's during that enlightening morning conversation that I truly grasped the power of Ayurvedic principles. Thanks to Ivan's guidance, my overall well-being, mental clarity, and energy levels have seen a remarkable transformation. I'm immensely grateful for that chat and will forever be indebted to her for sharing this life-changing knowledge. Ivana is a wonderful person to learn yoga from. I have attended her Yin Yoga class on Mondays and Yoga Brunches on the weekend. Every time I come, I feel in a supportive space where I can relax, and gain awareness and presence. It has become a much needed wind down class after busy Mondays. And I also learn so many new areas of Yoga in simple ways which I love. recommend everyone to attend Ivana’s classes, especially those looking for a place to ground you after a busy day.

Having never done yoga before my partner and I was looking to start an evening yoga class. I contacted Ivana after a quick Google search. Ivana was very responsive to messages and extremely reassuring. The classes feel very gentle and we both come out of classes feeling absolutely wonderful. Ivana shares her deep knowledge of Yoga easily and with obvious love. At her Autumn Retreat we were introduced to sustainable ways of bringing balance to all aspects of our lives through Ayurveda. The delicious food definitely motivated me to rethink ingrained eating habits. It was a beautiful day and I left feeling relaxed, informed and ready to step into Autumn. Thank You Ivana!

Ivana is such a lovely and thoughtful instructor! I went to her restorative class at Happy Om Studio right after a long-distance flight and that really helped rejuvenate me. The pacing of her sequence and her soothing voice adds to the whole blissful experience. Highly recommend her!
