My wife had her Mercedes C230 coupe for over 17 years and was incredibly attached to it. After deciding to look around for another 'green' Merc. we saw one a reasonable distance from where we live. Neil Garrett was very courteous and we felt comfortable and we were able to do a deal. We have had 2 'C' class estates, a GLC 250 and the car we traded in so know the brand well. Neil was happy to sort our small list of requirements for the new car and whether or not we could have got a better deal is water under the bridge. We are happy so far and my wife is getting used to driving it.

It was excellent. this was arranged by a third party and when I arrived i was seen very promptly. I felt as though Ash wanted to get to know me a bit and listen to what I needed. He was very informative and helpful. The vehicle I looked at was very clean and could tell it was looked after. Even the evaluation on my car smooth and very quick and was given reasonable price. Even going through paper work was hassle free. When it came to collection of the new car I was went even more smoothly. And was in and driving away very quickly.

Kieran helped sort the whole process out with me & ensured everything required was completed for me to be able to drive the car away straight away. ASH GREY, what an absolute geezer.Called the day before buying the car to just run through some questions I had about the vehicle which he answered superbly with great knowledge and no hesitation. A very honest salesman(person) which is hard to come by these days. On the day of collection the service was faultless and ran smoothly.
