Young man was very helpful today and had a good sense of humour when my partner said he didn't need to try the right one on he looked and realised my partner was an amputee with a false leg :) thank you for making buying trainers a great experience for us

Went in store today and what I’m assuming was one of the managers was arguing with one of the younger guys who worked there (seemingly over very little) right in the middle of the shop floor in front of customers that were trying to look at items and ask for help. Just unprofessional and probably awkward for the young guy would’ve been better in the back in private instead of putting off customers trying to look at footwear.

Overall the store is very overpriced, majority of staff are using their mobile phones, and the music in the store is too loud

Clean and organised. Understandably busy because of the bank holiday but I was not greeted on entering and even though I walked around like a lost child no-one asked if I needed help. After I flagged down an employee he was helpful and answered my questions very knowledgeably.

Went into fishergate store today, staff could not be any more disinterested than they were, had to wait 5 minutes for someone to fetch key for the changing rooms, eventually she sauntered along.No rush at the tills neither , when asked someone a question told to ask someone else !! Get a grip employ staff that want to be there !! And that can dress correctly ....

Went looking for a size 12 pair of shoes and there was nothing so ended up ordering a pair that I don't know about. After a 2 day wait I went again to realise that the shop assistant ordered the wrong color and I returned it on the spot. There was nothing else and the manager and the shop assistants weren't caring much about my time being wasted there. A few days later I ordered a pair of Nike Air Max 270 through the JD sports App and the order is still in the process of getting confirmed. No one could tell its date of arrival. Horrible experience. I would not recommend it for people who're looking for oversized shoes.

Very bad customer service staff also manager he don’t know how to serve the customers till staff very bad no smile nothing the doing just show only their next time I won’t go I stopped ur shop,when u taking staff at least common sense staff take manager also he don’t know anything so many staff no use very very baddddddd
