Thank you for a lovely weekend. Location was central to our needs. Benefit of parking a god send! Most helpful - nothing too much trouble from friendly hosts. Well fed and comfortable and clean accomodation. Good communication prior to stay . Recommended

Well, where to start?A beautiful hotel with warm and welcoming hosts, our room was lovely and clean and the en-suite spotless. Danny and William made us feel welcome from the beginning of our 2 night stay, with the kettle on and a lovely cup of tea and chat on arrival. Perfectly located in the very heart of Blackpool. Central for the tower and all the main attractions. We couldn’t recommend the Selenite enough and on any return trip would want to stay here again.Danny advised us on which shows in Blackpool are good and we saw Euphoria, an ice skating extravaganza which was fantastic.In all a little gem of a placeThank you Dan and William, you will be seeing us again.Michael and Paula.

We recently booked a last minute get away to Blackpool and stayed at Selenite Guest House.From the moment we booked the experience was 1st Class, Danny is so friendly and genuinely very helpful and tentative. Danny made sure, even tho we were running late, that we had a parking space out front and then on the second day he found an alternative space for us. Danny, Will and the lovely lady that is there are so so lovely.If or when we come back up there is no where else we would stay. The family room is great with all the things you will need, the full English breakfast is personalised to what you would like, even the bag of sweets for the kids was a thoughtful touch.The location is great just a 5 min walk to the front.You all are amazing and made our little get away so special.

We stayed at the Selenite guest house on the 4th and 5th June the location is very near the centre, on arriving we were greeted by the owners William and Danny who were extremely friendly they made us tea which was much needed after our journey before they showed us to our room, and made sure we got settled in, the room was very cosy and spotlessly clean as was the rest of the guest house. Danny and William gave us advise on nice places to eat they recommend a place and it was amazing food, they gave good advise on places to visit and gave fantastic directions on how to get there they told us about a show that was a must to see and it definitely was a great show. The breakfast was amazing with home made bread and marmalade and plenty of tea and juice along with a variety of cereals, they have a lovely gift shop filled with a large variety of crystals which I was very interested in. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone who is looking for a beautiful place to stay with exceptionally friendly hosts we will definitely be back. I've just realised that though I've stayed at the Selenite 3 or 4 times I've never thought to write a Google review! Danny and William are the perfect hosts, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Rooms/beds are clean and comfy, plenty tea and coffee. Hot showers with good pressure. Breakfasts are lovely. Guest house is in a great location, a 5/10 minute walk down to the seafront and not far from Blackpool North train station either. I highly recommend staying here. I'll be staying again in a few months time. :)

We've just come home from a lovely stay at the Selenite and just like many other reviewers found the Selenite charming. Danny and William were absolutely fantastic hosts, the food terrific and the rooms spotless. Highly recommended.

I stayed for the Rebellion punk rock festival and have booked to stay again next year. I arrived my motorbike and they managed to find space for me at the front, which is protected by CCTV, by moving their car. They then helped me carry everything to my room. Lovely people, comfy bed, loads of hot water and a powerful shower. What more do you need? It's a few minutes walk to the seafront and Blackpool Tower but just far enough away to be a quiet street. It's the seagulls not the punk rockers who make the noise.

Really lovely b&b. Clean, uniquely decorated (in a nice way!) and comfy. Danny & William couldn't do enough for us. They also sell crystals so home made breakfast with their home baked bread is in a lovely setting of in a crystal shop! As the name implies.. A peaceful place, well priced, quiet & with good energy.. We'll be back!

Well what can I say, we are SO happy we found the Selenite. We had a terrible time with another hotel and by chance we walked past the Selenite and decided to pop in and ask for a room. Danny and William were so warm and welcoming, they made us a hot drink on arrival and we had a lovely chat, really calmed us down and we both felt very comfortable. The guest house is so lovely, very different to anywhere we have stayed before. We were shown to our room which was the angel room and we loved it. Really comfortable and clean, we both slept great. We enjoyed a full breakfast with the added bonus of home made bread which was delicious. Fantastic value for money and the best hosts in Blackpool. We can't wait to visit you again.
