Worst experience imaginable.I had to reschedule an appointment because of an emergency visit to the Hospital. They are demanding a full payment in advance before they even drop by the house to see the job.I appreciate that they have policies in place in case of appointment cancellations, but even after I agreed to pay them in advance - they refuse to issue an invoice. This practice cannot possibly be legal.They demand payment in advance; they refuse to issue an invoice before taking the payment; and they have wasted 2 weeks of my time waiting for them to find an appointment slot. Unacceptable, unprofessional, unreasonable and downright shady.

I've used rossers glass and glazing on a number of occasions now and im always impressed with their professional service. They do an excellent top quality job, are reliable, and always clean and tidy up when finished. wouldn't go anywhere else now, would highly recommend them.

The worst experience I had with a company. The engineers were late for one hour. The receptionist was rude. Best advice - stay away from this company if possible.

Had the worst customer experience ever! The reception was extremely rude and unprofessional. Apparently if you don’t want to give your bank card detail over the phone, you are “messing them about” and try to avoid the payment.
