Dealt with Simon Foxcroft from Photiades for a house boundary dispute. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and efficient. We communicated with each other mostly by email.We were very pleased with his efforts, empathy, advice, understanding and support in resolving the matter over a period of 4 months. He was also very meticulous and articulate. It all resulted in an amicable resolution between both parties, after a site visit with us and the other party concerned and finally a boundary agreement was drawn up by him to send off to Land Registry.We highly recommend him. Worst service ever received by this firm especially Abigail. We are first time buyers and she made the process stressful and was so unprofessional to the point our estate agent refused to work with her as she was so rude to him on the phone. We had to change solicitors mid process which was not great. The rest of the solicitors at this firm may be ok but avoid Abigail at all costs.
