Great stay in small and cozy b&b guest house. Extremely clean. Reasonable price. Walking distance to the beautiful see shore, city centre and railway stations Poskedown and Bournemouth.Will be happy to return in near future!Thank you Debbie and Peter!

The Rosscourt was faultless. Super spacious room and large bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful. We didn't have the cooked breakfast, but it looked delicious!Great location with an easy walk to all the buses.Debbie was extremely hospitable and was very knowledgeable about the area.A great stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Rosscourt and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, Debbie me feel incredibly welcome and ensured my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.The guest house itself was impeccably clean and had a wonderfully homely atmosphere. Every detail was taken care of, creating a cozy and inviting environment. I particularly appreciated the attention to cleanliness, which was evident throughout the entire property.One of the standout features of The Rosscourt is its exceptional location. Just a few minutes' walk away from Boscombe Beach, it was incredibly convenient for me to enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery and take leisurely strolls along the shore. The proximity to the beach added an extra layer of relaxation and tranquility to my stay.Furthermore, I must express my gratitude to Debbie for going above and beyond in ensuring my convenience. She kindly arranged a cab for me, which made my travel so much easier. Thank you Debbie for welcoming us to The Rosscourt. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you. Everywhere was kept really clean and tidy and it was so nice that tea/coffee etc was provided in the room. The breakfasts were superb with every combination of food catered for. We were also drawn to the fact that it is an adult only hotel.We found it really easy to access the bus taking us into Bournemouth and out to Southbourne, thank you Debbie for your help. The location of the hotel is also very convenient for the beach and shops.We would certainly consider booking again and would recommend it to friends and family.

We found Debbie and Peter to be a very warm, friendly, and welcoming couple who made our stay very comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights as we attended the Bournemouth weekend reggae festival, Debbie was very helpful in giving direction and advice to getting there as it was all in walking distance.

The hotel was far better than we could have hoped for, the rooms were exceptionally clean and stocked with the essentials it was also good to find a hotel catering for just adults. The breakfasts were excellent and it was not too much trouble to prepare what ever were your requirements. Debbie was fabulous, she gave us a great deal of help with places to visit, restaurants to eat at, bus times and routes and was really knowledgeable. She was so friendly it seemed we had known her for ages, not just met. All in all we had a superb time and would recommend The Rosscourt to others.

Debbie is a first class host and runs a wonderful hotel in a perfect location. It was immaculately clean and the breakfast comprised everything anyone could want. Nothing was too much trouble. We only stayed one night but felt we were old friends by the time we left. Strongly recommended.

Easy parking on arrival and a warm welcome from the owner Debbie. I had booked 2 x rooms (1 on each floor) and both were really nice and each had a mini fridge!Upon checkout, Debbie allowed us to remain parked up for an additional 5 hours to be able to enjoy the beach a little bit longer.Definitely would come back here.

Just a week ago, I stayed at The Rosscourt for the first time (after travelling to Bournemouth several times before), and I already know that I'll be coming back!The location is very convenient (close to bus stop, restaurants and shops in Boscombe; train stations Bournemouth and Pokesdown are easy to reach via bus) and quiet, the room was extremely clean and cosy with a comfy bed and several pillows to choose from, as well as tea/coffee making facilities (which I always appreciate) and its own bathroom.By far the best part (out of all the good things) have to be the hosts - Debbie and Peter are so nice and helpful and extremely good at making you feel at home :) I really appreciate all the good advice and all the kind conversations.Next time, I'll definitely try the breakfast (which smelled amazing every morning!).Thank you so much, Debbie and Peter - I'm looking forward to seeing you again next time I'm in Bournemouth :)

Debbie was the perfect host; nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was well worth the extra cost. The guest house is centrally located and within walking distance to Boscombe High Street and the beach. Chaplins is worth a visit!
