My 6 y.o Westie had bad experiences in the past with grooming (he is a rescue). He becomes nervous when manipulated and can even bite. The lovely lady took her time to build the trust with Herbie. She managed to brush/detangle most of his his coat and even give him a cut. He was gorgeous when I came back to pick him up and he was jumping at her and giving her cuddles. Unbelievable! She must have been very gentle and caring and patient. Price was fair too. Highly recommended! Lydia
