I have been required to use the services of MainPoint to install a Plumis system. The service in all areas from sales, service, admin and Accounts was brilliant. Prompt, professional and through. Derek who surveyed and installed with his colleagues absorbed all the stress by being flexible and liaising with the electrician and plumber to ensure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.

Rang Mainpoint and spoke to Mike who then put me in contact with his engineer Melvyn. Melvyn was keen to help straight away and within a couple of days had serviced all the Fire Extinguishers on Concrete Plants from Swansea to Bristol. A fantastic friendly service that was completely customer focused. I will definitely continue to use them for the annual servicing.

We've relied on Mainpoint for many years to service our Scout HQ fire extinguishers. More recently they carried out a comprehensive risk assessment and subsequent fire alarm installation work to a high standard within the limitations of the premises's age and construction. Martin and Lee did excellent work on the installation side, and the company can be trusted to get on and do what's necessary for very reasonable rates. Thank you!

At Brutons, we have used Mainpoint for all our fire safety requirements for at least the last 10 years. We installed a complete new alarm system last year, with the minimum of fuss, fitted by their very competent engineers. We would highly recommend this company.

We had a wireless fire alarm system fitted by Main Point. Their pricing is competitive and I liked dealing with a friendly, established, local company. The fitters (Derek and Martin) were really organised and professional, the installation went without a hitch or delay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company or to use them again.
