St Mary's Preschool

St Mary’s Pre-School is amazing. Staff are friendly and wonderful with the children, my daughter loves coming here. Forest School sessions are fantastic! A fantastic nurturing environment for preschoolers.

Amazing preschool. A lovely nurturing and caring environment. Both stimulating and educational as well and both my children absolutely adored the forest school!

We feel so fortunate. Our son loves every day here, especially forest school, and is making wonderful friendships. We feel he is nurtured and truly understood by the staff, who are constantly coming up with fun and innovative ways to stimulate learning and confidence for him as an individual.

My son started pre-school here last year, he absolutely loves being there, the staff are incredible with the kids. Highlights for my son include forest school (from 3yrs), the garden and making things. My daughter who's nearly old enough to start, can't wait (I have to carry her away when we drop her brother off!)The staff provide a great range of activities with everything from free-play to basic cooking (cup cakes, playdough, pancakes...), story and music times, foreign languages are encouraged (mainly Spanish). There's also a great parent community, with parents getting together regularly, socially but also specifically to fund raise and help provide new equipment for the pre-school.Finally, when discussing any worries or suggestions with staff I've always had a positive and quick response, and I've even had a member of staff swing by the pre school and come round in person late one evening when we forgot to collect my son's medication at the end of the day. All in all, I can't thank them enough for all they do.

We have been absolutely delighted with St Mary's Preschool. Both my daughter and now my son have thrived at this setting and are so enthusiastic about it. The staff are warm and caring and offer a wide range of activities. The Forest School was a tremendous hit with my daughter and even though she has now moved onto primary school, she and my son still argue over 'who's St Mary's' it is, hers or his - surely a good sign!

Wonderful nuturing preschool. The staff provide exceptional care for the little ones and the forest school is fantastic. Both of my children have adored their time here.

I couldn’t be happier with this pre-school. The staff are so caring and nurturing, and they have been managing my son’s diabetes care amazingly well, with intensive monitoring and maintenance of his blood sugar levels to keep him within safe range, and great communication with me. This is no mean feat - they really are brilliant! This pre-school provides a fun and stimulating environment where the children feel really safe and cared for. All the staff make a real effort to get to know the children and tailor activities to their interests. Some of the highlights for my son so far have been learning Spanish, attending forest school and putting on puppet shows. Highly recommended.

A wonderful, nurturing pre-school. The staff provide such loving care to all the children. The activities are always thoughtful and fun. The forest school is brilliant. Both my children have thrived here.

My daughter has been attending this Preschool for around 6 months and we are extremely happy with everything that she does there. The staff are warm, friendly and clearly love their jobs, which means you know they are giving the children 100% care, attention and nurturing.

The staff are so friendly. They really know and understand my son and I couldn't be happier with their efforts in going above and beyond in making sure he gets the most out of his sessions. His confidence has grown such a lot, especially with the forest school sessions.Would definitely recommend to anyone.
