Nick and his team offered a great service during the redevelopment of my property. The structural drawings provided where above and beyond my expectations and my builder was able to proceed very smoothly with the project. The additional support NJC provided during the build was exceptional and I would highly recommend them.

NJC did all the party wall related work for the doom extension a few years ago and ground floor extension this year. We really appreciate the high quality work. I also really enjoyed the interaction with the company. I would definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Initially NJC Services carried out a full building survey for us when we were in the process of purchasing our home which really assisted us in the buying process and negotiating the price, it proved most useful in the end!!Their knowledge and reliability was excellent leaving us no doubt in appointing them to re-design our detached house internally and extending to the rear and side of the house. They dealt with the planning and building regulation process and always kept us up to date at key points and helping us decide on design decisions and possible neighbourly issues. Nick completed a building survey for our property purchase. It was extremely extensive and detailed, and showed a high level of expertise and experience. The report was sent to us in a timely fashion and included a phone consultation to walk us though it. The building survey was well priced so represented very good value for money compared with some of the other quotes we received. Would definitely recommend to friends.

We have used Nick on several occasions - a Party Wall Agreement and a couple of Building Surveys - and his service has always been excellent. No stone is left unturned; his survey reports are very detailed and have helped us make well informed decisions. Nick is an excellent arbitrator, he has helped me to deal with a multi national insurance company on a flood issue and has given me a lot of support and advice what turned out to be nearly a 2 year process. Even though insurance company was mostly amenable there are certainly areas that NJC have added absolute value to the painstaking process. Cool, professional attitude, experienced and reliable - that is the best way to sum up the experience of NJC services.

We were buying an apartment close to the River Thames which was part of a listed building and also, due to the proximity of the river, had a potential flood issue. Nick helped us by surveying the whole property and advising on key aspects of the building and raising our awareness of actual and potential issues. He was efficient, professional and extremely courteous in the process (especially as it was during the COVID period). I would wholeheartedly recommend NJC and will be using Nick again shortly for some renovations.
