a complete shame..!!!After waiting 30 minutes for the order, it turns out that they had it packed to go because they put it on a tray with everything and bags. It was all so cold that my daughter couldn't even eat it.When they saw my drink they put what I wanted and for asking what I wanted I stayed waiting almost 10 more minutes!! In short, I had to eat the fries and a cold hamburger.And the fact that I asked 3 people to change my drink without success for me was the worst because only 1 girl took pity on this poor hungry pregnant woman.It's the worst MacDonald I've ever been to.

A soulless eatery over run with delivery drivers. The food was standard McDonald's, nothing special. There was a couple of issues with the order too but, to their credit, they were corrected quickly.

Someone who used to work for McDonald's told me that staff are trained to omit food from your order on purpose. He told me that because so few people complain about missing food, McDonald's make an even larger profit.Additionally, considering how often cold and inedible food is served, I would assume staff have been trained to do this, too.I say we should not bother complaining and just eat elsewhere. If they care more about profit than their customers they do not deserve our custom.

i’ve hear notorious stories about how bad this particular mcdonald’s is - but wow. i came to order inside, and waited for 35!!!! minutes for the “chefs” to “cook” my cheeseburger and small fries. it took additional 7 minutes for one of the staff members to get me a coca cola. when a lady in front of me asked about her order, the staff member clicked her tongue and just walked away. i stupidly checked the order too late only to realize the sauces i purchased were missing. it’s baffling that the people working at this mcdonald’s are on a salary - it was truly horrific watching them “work”. it you’re the manager of this branch, DO SOMETHING.

We were changing bus at Camberwell Green, so popped in for some cheeky chips to fill the wait.Impersonal ordering is the norm, but here, no-one was checking incoming orders so that easily-dispatched ones could go straight out...I stared at the pile of prepared, ready-to-bag, fries, sure that any moment one would come my way.The unsmiling, some scowling, staff went to and fro, apparently unaware that they had paying customers.15 mins passed. Our bus came. We left.No care. No customer engagement. No fries.Unless you're desperate, leave this one alone.

It's a maccers, definitely not highly rated, staff seems nice and friendly tho. Just overall, it's always gunna be a bad experience if the only thing to eat is a maccy ds.Maybe next time we just come in for an ice cream (if the things turned on / not broken when we arrive. If you're looking for me to describe the food you're looking at the wrong review. The food tastes exactly the same in every store you go too. Pretty basic and lacking all form and flavour.

Great staff here the morning a visited and food was prepared perfectly. Seriously busy store here and with so much foot traffic you've got to take your hat off to staff dealing with so many and with that in mind if you have a not so good experience try again at different times as couldn't fault the service for breakfast at all. Highly recommend.

The toilet on ground floor needs regular cleaning and sometimes waiting is long to use. Install a public sink so we can wash our hands ,instead of waiting for the toilet. Washing hands are very important hygienic habit .Thank you

I know this place gets busy but it is hard to double check the orders so the customers get what they’re paid for?! Ordered online and I was missing a toy from the happy meal, missing the sauce that came with the happy meal, missing the sauces that came with the 9pc nuggets, missing the sauces that I paid extra for and oh, missing the straws for the drinks. Amazing.
