Following a fall in March this year, I twisted both feet and ankles badly .Six weeks later I was still in a lot of pain and discomfort, somedays I could hardly walk.I was recommended the Horizon Cinic, Norwich for shock wave treatment.Ive recently had my 2nd treatment. Im delighted to say my right foot and ankle were just about back to normal after the first session, and my left foot is now about 80% better after the second .I was beginning to think I'd always be in pain but..A Huge thank you to Dr Arbid for his care and attention getting me back on my feet!THANK YOU!

I visited the Horizon clinic on the recommendation of Dr. Arbid after I visited Norwich & Norfolk A&E dept.At that time I was suffering from pain in my shoulder/neck which had caused me severe pain for the 5 days preceding my visit to the A&E dept. Not only did Dr. Arbit listen to me; but he also prescribed me a course of muscle relaxants & pain relief to stop the spasming.Furthermore, he suggested I visit his Clint in a few days time and undergo a treatment of Shockwave Therapy if the symptoms continued. I want to point out that this was a complementary treatment and it was offered to improve My parents care.Due to the lack of improvement to my condition I took Dr. Arbid up on his kind offer and visited his clinic where he administered the Stockwave Therapy for around 5 minutes only; and to my amazement it had an effect on the deep tissue spasming almost immediately. I was able to move the shoulder more freely and a great deal of the pain had subsided. I was advised not to take further pain relief for the rest of the day, but to expect some potential discomfort as a result of the treatment.The outcome of this single treatment was 48 hours of pain free living, although some of the pain did return, but significantly less than before. However, I have a much broader range of movement now and will be returning to work at the start of the week. Should the discomfort persist I will definitely rebook for a second appointment as I can't stress the improvement this treatment brought about.In short I would unaquvically recommend not only this treatment, but also Dr.Arbid to anyone who needs this type of treatment, his approach was both effective and lasting and on a personal note I found him to be a caring and professional healthcare professional. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When I first found out about this place I was suffering from grade 3/4 piles. I had tried almost everything including banding. All to no avail.I took a leap. This place has been a godsend, my problems have reduced dramatically, my life is back on track and I almost feel normal again. Don't get me wrong I'm not 100% cured, due to the severity however I will not hesitate at a further treatment. (Which is in a few months time)The care and aftercare Is amazing. The doctor is a legend. This procedure is so groundbreaking and much less invasive and painful than all the other treatments.Trust me if you are suffering, even a little, I can't recommend this place enough.

I was treated for arthritic R hip which reduced my flexibility and was uncomfortable. After1 treatment I noticed an immediate improvement and a month later I have increased flexibility (I can now tie my shoes) and have been able to improve. Cannot recommend strongly enough!

After injuring a muscle in my back I contacted the Horizon Clinic & Dr Arbid was able to fit me in last minute. I was in quite substantial pain & needed prescription medication to manage. After the 1st session although uncomfortable during the shock wave therapy I left 20 mins feeling the benefit. 4 days later I no longer needed any pain relief. I had my second session today and am happy I need no further treatment. Thank you Dr Arbid for treating me quickly & getting me back to normal! I would highly recommend.

I had badly aggravated my back literally was going into spasms multiple times over and over l, it took me an hour to get off a massage couch. I then contacted horizon clinic and Dr Arbid went out of his way to fit me in, following one treatment I was able to walk upright again and following his advice on after care it has continued to improve day after day so grateful he was there to come to my rescue!!

Had shock wave treatment on my arm and shoulder, was so pleased with the results, went from being in pain all the time and reduced movement to less pain and more movement instantly which improved even more over time. Had two treatments in total and back to normal. Would definitely recommend and use this clinic again. Staff were informative, knowledgeable, approachable and professional.

I had x3 shockwave therapy treatments for a chronic injury in my arm. Khamis gave me lots of information on how the treatment works, what to expect and how to manage the injury post therapy. I am now back to doing my usual sports and activity level pre-injury and have found the therapy to be very effective in aiding my recovery. Definitely recommend to those with chronic injuries.
