Totally fobbed off. Turned up Monday after work, told no one could help and to come back Saturday.Took a day off work and another 35 mile round trip to be in and out in 5 minutes, no one could create an image of the kitchen, no ideas of the price of additional extras and what’s included in our new build.Taking the shine off the new build process

1 member of staff bringing the whole experience down. Rude from the moment we walked in, the overbearing make up and breasts trying to pop through her shirt didn't help. When asked for a price was told she couldn't give me a price in an aggressive tone. When I pointed out the brochure had prices, and could she therefore price up the cost of my kitchen, she repeated she couldn't give me a price as the trade price was different and it would depend what commission my builder wanted to take... all I wanted was a ball park figure from the brochure price! Nearly walked out. Plans were ok but not giving magnet my business after that experience. Advised my builder also.

I called in today to buy a cutlery tray for my magnet kitchen and the two gentlemen on the trade counter were extremely helpful! They went out of their way to find out which one I needed and I was very appreciative of their time and attitudeGreat staff look after them

Great choice, Very good planning service , Really good quality kitchens at prices to suit all pockets.

Wasn't impressed with the displays. Things were missing and some of the cabinets had a poor finish.

Fantastic experience from the folk at Magnet Stockton. The manager was very friendly and informative. The lady we dealt with, Alaia was most helpful and made the process stress-free. This is our first kitchen so I hadn’t a clue where to start but Alaia was 1st class and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone.

Great service including making sure I left with all the information needed - to fit a replacement oven base unit. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

A good choice of kitchens and great service.
