Amazing store! Amazing team! Highly recommend a visit

Took a watch in to have some links removed. Was told it would be ready a week from Monday. When we went to collect we were informed it wouldn’t be ready until the following Saturday. When my husband went in to collect there was a lot of hushed tones and discussion going on. The person who is employed to carry out this work had taken the watch but had returned it without carrying out the adjustment. The staff were aware of this but hadn’t contacted us to let us know of a further delay. Whilst I appreciate it was human error to state it was because he had so many to do as a reasonable excuse really isn’t a good enough excuse you should have not taken so many on if he cannot cope with the number. Communication was non existent, apologies were half hearted and when I went to pick the watch up as I no longer trusted them to do the work and I had wanted to wear the watch for Christmas the staff showed a distinct lack of empathy to someone who was visibly distressed. I feel very let down.
