Asda Bearsden Superstore

I absolutely adore this store (and I'm not a big fan of asda perios).The parking is fab. Never any issues at all.The store has clothes upstairs and it's the largest George I've ever seen. Every time I go there is a sale on and I always come out with a bargain or 10.The food choice is amazing. I cannot believe the selection of bread, cheese, pizza, cold meats...its awesome.The staff are hard working and so helpful.There's an un- staffed petrol station which is great to fill up if you pay by card.Good recycling bins too.

No gluten free sandwiches or anything I can eat for lunch. So annoying when I'm out and about working and need to grab a quick bite to eat. All Asda stores are like this

So this is not the first time this has happened went to Asda seen an offer on for soft drink cans 3 for £24 was on my lunch break so was limited on time went to pay and noticed the offer hadn’t worked went to cust service desk.. to say the POS stated this was the offer lady at the desk said the Coca Cola cans were not on the offer!! so why have them displayed in the section?? they are really misleading we then waited for someone to come and check she didn’t check just said they are not on offer so we got a refund only can u refund 2 cases woman ended up refunding all 3 so ended up with no Coke Zero which was my main reason to go and visit the store! Please sort out ur POS if I hadn’t checked my receipt upon leaving i would have been £35 at loss. Am sure trading and standards would have a lot to say about this misleading labelling I won’t be returning to this store for my weekly shop it’s happened to many times now you might aswell have AI robots running the place the staff have no basic customers service skills don’t even crack a smile at the checkouts

Started using the Asda app recently. I'm surprised (pleasantly) at how much you earn with each shop. Just remember to scan the app before you pay!

Helpful staff, great and varied selections, good prices easy access, plenty of free car parking

The one star is representative of the manner my large weekly £90+ shopping 8/09/2023 was (1) Held up for so long waiting for an extended conversation to end (2) Items shoved down the conveyor building up a log jam (3) Barked instructions re pin from the till operative (4) The perception of some negative comments made to the next customer (by the till operative) this cuistomer not a witness to the ecessive delay and subject to the bad attitude that prevailed. Rather it was to divert the original failings on to the customer.No doubt I will be called all the names and refered to as difficult and argumentative (by the till operative)..when In fact I was silent no eye conatct and no comments, (nothing) trying retaining some degree of calm, whilst looking forward to the weekend, however my slow motion recovery of some order regarding my shopping and deliberate actions re-payment method, illustrated very transparently my annoyance at such poor service and ongoing disrespectful atitude..I have made formal complaints (3 forms of notice of my negativeexperience) as per the receipt however as at 09:00am Tuesday 12th/09/2023 4 days later however no response or acknowledgement, no reasons given or actions taken ! so I have two complaints now..(1) the poor service (2) the lack of response/acknowledgement..ASDA central HQ following this update (re delay)acknowledged my post along the lines of they appreciated feedback more or less a standard short reply.. The complaint is now closed however with some reservations.

This is a super store. They have just about everything you can think of. A large grocery and produce area. A huge pharmacy. A massive sporting goods on the upper floor.

Hi Tasha,3 stars out of 5 isn't a low score but an average score!! Can't say I,ve ever been in an Asda that was above average.
