I had my first set of eyelash extensions with Katie and it was a lovely experience! Katie was professional throughout the booking, the treatment and the aftercare. She is so kind, welcoming and explained everything perfectly, describing what shape and size lashes would work best for me. She took the time to make sure everything was just right and the outcome is amazing!- exactly what I was hoping for. I will be returning to Katie for more treatments in the very near future. My initial consultation showed me that Katie doesn't just offer a blanket service - she caters to style, preference and individual needs. She spent so long ensuring that I was happy with the treatment.I then had 2 sessions of microshading and it has transformed my brows completely. They used to be very patchy and sparse - the photo below is them fully healed. I don't have to layer on makeup anymore - my new brows have made me so much more confident in my natural skin.The procedure was slightly painful, but Katie was so kind and patient, and let me pause when I needed to. She also gave brilliant after care advice, even answering my messages when I had additional questions. My first time having lash extensions. Katie did a phone consultation and shared pictures with me beforehand. On my appointment she spent another 30 mins advising and offering suggestions based on what i wanted to achieveand my natural lashes. She made me feel completely at ease. I absolutely love the result and couldn't have been happier. I couldn't feel my lashes at all, they are so natural and comfortable. Aftercare is excellent and Katie is such a lovely lady. Highly recommend her.

This was my first time having my brows done by Katie, and I will 100% be going back regularly. I had my Brows microbladed in 2017 and they are mismatched and scarred. Katie spent the time to go through all the options which I didn’t think would be possible with the previous work, and I am amazed what a fantastic job she has done.
