I have never been so disappointed by service in a shop let alone one that has my prescription can never get my medication right and it's not even like the staff or I should say most staff as I have had the exception is apologetic the older lady acts like your an inconvenience

Handy to have in our local area not only for your prescription but for a variety of health,beauty and everything needed for wellbeing.Staff are very helpful

Terrible service. Lady on the counter has no customer service skills. Prescriptions are always wrong or have missing items and never ready when they should be causing multiple trips to get your meds.Save your time and effort and go somewhere else.

Great staff, very efficient. Any problems are sorted out quickly and professionally.

Great service for repeat prescription, text you when it's ready, but they seem so slow to serve you. Could do with more people behind the counter instead of all working behind the scenes.

There seems to have been an improvement in service at this store in the past couple of months.You no longer have to wait 4 or 5 days to get a prescription, and keep getting fobbed off with excuses why it isn't ready.There also seems to have been a pretty radical change of staff in the stor. I don't know if this sis the reason for the improvement.

Truly, I would not give this shop any stars, in fact I wish that you could give it a minus! The shop was only opened at 9.40 am instead of 9.00am due to the shop not having a pharmacist once again! After waiting, I did pick up a prescription with my beautiful dog (who is beautifully behaved by the way)! After serving me the miserable member of staff quite rudely, told me that in future only guide dogs allowed as it is a pharmacy. I told the her that if this was the case why was my last dog not only allowed in, but also given a bowl of water?? Which she couldn't answer. A pharmacy is still a pharmacy to an assistance dog or any other dog!!!I used to work in a pharmacy and dogs were always welcome. I'm sick and tired of little Hitler shop assistants who think that they are a cut above everybody else and feel its their right to chastise and offend customers who are spending money in the store!!! Very rude, obviously doesn't appreciate that dogs are a member of the family...... I won't ever give this awful shop any more custom!!!! I hope it closes down.

There has been an improvement in service at this store in recent months.There has also (as noted in a previous review) been quite a few staff changes.I don't know if there is any connection, or whether this is just coincidence . . .

Attempted to enter the shop at 9.10 am today, the sign states it opens at 9 am. Door locked but shutters up. I rang the shop whilst stood outside, to check the hours. Was advised that the pharmacist hasn’t arrived so they can’t open up yet, should be ten minutes. Might be handy if you put a note on the door to advise this? Some common sense and manners work wonders in situations like this.
