Bilting Farm Self Storage

This is the second time i’ve used Bilting Farm self-storage, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. There is s good range of different storage sizes and it was surprisingly inexpensive. I stored upholstered chairs for the best part of a year last time and they came out perfect because it was a properly sealed unit, so no concerns about damp etc. Friendly staff, really helpful - they found me something at the last minute when I was stuck for somewhere to store building materials. Highly recommended.

Having moved to Kent in 2019 we needed a reliable accessible storage hub to house some of our belongings whilst we moved from rented to purchased properties. Bilting Farm provided everything we needed and more, the staff were outstanding from day 1, the storage unit (137) was located in a modern clean, well lit and extremely well cared for building and perfect for our needs. We were given the added reassurance that the team assisted by the superb modern on site security was helping look after our valued items whilst we couldn't. Benchmark is the level of business service that all other competitors must achieve to come near to the Benchmark.Why and how did I use Bilting Farm?We stored our whole house contents there for 7 months whilst searching for a new property to live in.Why are Bilting Farm Benchmark?Bilting farm are Business Benchmark because of the following reasons.Storage:The storage options provided are wide ranging in size and type, modern, secure and clean, with electronic access where required, well lit, easy access times, secure and above all, DRY.Access:Motorway access is simple to the M20 and to the A2. Storage locations access is wide, level and unobstructed. All vehicles can get in.Communications:The management team are excellent communicators with close monitoring of payment systems. To my benefit. When I setup a Direct Debit, I accidentally did it twice. Bilting Farm comms team were on the phone to me before the next debit was made so that I could put correct it.Pricing:I made a detailed price analysis of 4 other storage facilities in Kent. Based on space and price, Bilting Farm were lowest cost.Would I use Bilting Farm again or recommend them?Definitely. Highly recommended.Opportunities for improvement:One suggestion: Include the 3rd dimension for unit height for storage descriptions online. Width and Length only defines floor space. Room height tells me cubic capacity. Without that I can only guess what a unit can hold without actually coming to site and measuring.That storage experience was really easy for us, and gave us full confidence to get on with our house search.Thank you Bilting Farm.

Approached Bilting as moving house and wanted to make the process easier.Fantastic service from initial enquiry to final handover and very competitively priced!- Units are clean, dry, and extremely secure - Easy to access with your own vehicle.- Staff on-hand to offer advice, trolleys available to use.- Regular communication regarding bank hols, etc. so you are always kept informed.Thank you Bilting :-)

Great storage. Good value and friendly service from Sue. Great choice, large to small and inside units too. We had an inside medium unit which was great for temporary storage.

Really helpful staff, super convenient with access arrangements and a good choice of units to select. Just wish I had discovered them earlier when we moved.
