Holywell Tea Chalet
Rude woman at the entrance. I had my assistance dog and autism lanyard round my neck. Got told to go back outside and order from the front. So I went and stood there and nobody came. So she just walked off and ignored a customer. Bare rude. Like who acta like that towards people with disabilities. Won't be returning and will be informing others of the same. Good opportunity for someone else to set up near this location and put these people out of business. You can't look at people judge them refuse to serve them then disappear. Pfft. Shame on you.

Holywell Tea Chalet
I walked along the seafront and ended up having a takeaway brew at Holywell Tea Chalet as they were due to close. It’s a shame they don’t stay open later during the summer season. I’ve not eaten here yet, which is why I have rated 4 stars but when I do I’ll update my review. The staff were friendly, it was clean and the cakes looked tasty.

Walked there on numerous occasions. Great place to stop for a pot of tea and a snack, before the trek back.The crows keep the seagulls at bay, but they are quick to peck at any leftovers people leave.Please put trays in rack to stop the crows going after food.

Absolutely lovely cute tearoom. Staff are so friendly and hospitable. Lots of space outside as well as inside. They don’t have a lavatory but there are Public toilets close by.

Absolutely lovely place for a sit down after a long walk along Eastbourne seafront..you can enjoy hot and cold food and drinks here , menus available for children and it's a pet friendly area but guide dogs allow indoors all other dogs welcome to the outside seating area .

Stopped off for a late breakfast as don't open until 10. Food was lovely. Usual cafe style food. Great place to stop after a walk along the promenade or a ride on the dotto train. Would recommend.

Excellent place at the foot of beachy head to come for a cold drink or a full meal. So much to choose from lots of cakes , sandwiches, etc. Lovely fresh ice cream and lollys. The view from the garden are simply incredible really worth the walk along the promenade from Eastbourne. The staff are very helpful and friendly, can be quite a wait on a hot day but that's to be expected.

Lovely cafe at the very end of the beach. It has a great menu selection from breakfast to lunch and cakes. Lots of drinks to choose from hot or cold or even a beer. This place has great views and perfect for dogs.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Got order wrong but happy to put it right. Little bit pricey for what it was. Decor was in need of updates but not sure who's responsible for up keep of building? Great location for a cafe tho and wish them well for the future.
