A fantastic, friendly gym. Despite the challenges of being affordable and 24hr, manages to have a community atmosphere. All down to brilliant staff like Laura, who also does so much to make sure women feel comfortable here.

Great gym, spacious, well equiped and open 24 hours. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and a good range of 30 minute classes included in the price. As a wheelchair user, the club is fully accesible, including toilet and shower facilities.

Spacious and well equipped gym with nearly everything you need. Ample parking especially off-peak. One of the cleanest The Gym's around even though equipment is now showing its age. Very busy at peak times.

Very clean and the gym area is very large. All machines and free weights are almost new. Personal trainers are very professional and friendly. Especially I would like to thank to Jamie Knight. He is one of the best PT that I know. He knows spectacular techniques about workouts. I also have to mention Laura Baker too. Her sports massage is amazing. She fixed my all muscle injuries only in two sessions. Her muscle and sports knowledge is fantastic. The Gym has everything that I need. Highly recommended. The only thing I don't like is that lots of the lockers are broken. I am struggling to find lockers to put my stuff in at busy times. They need to fix or renew these lockers.

Went in the morning, fairly quiet which was nice but seemed to lack atmosphere. Not quite enough 25kg plates, had to wait for someone to finish squatting before could start deadlifting. Deadlift platforms need some tlc, they've got 'dents' where the plates sit which makes set-up uneven once you put more than two plates on each side. Equipment is in decent condition, although the machines provide a bit too much assistance. Seemed quite clean, was very tidy and weights were generally re-racked, although putting a 5kg under some 20 plates isn't sensible haha but that happens everywhere. Obvious staff presence, not a big deal for me but I know that'd make others feel safe. For me, I wouldn't become a member as got membership at other place which suits my needs better, but it's good for me to come and have a change of scenery every so often.

Fantastic monthly price . A massive gym with more equipment than you could imagine - machines, free weights, and cardio. Fantastic atmosphere, great clientele and wonderful, helpful staff. The gym is scrupulously maintained and cleaned, Best gym I've been to in 25+ years of training.

Always clean, can get busy at peak times but can be tracked with the app, easy parking
