Sam has shown great care and attention to detail when dealing with my dog’s grooming needs.She is able to assist with all matters concerning his breed and personality. She has taught me how to care for my dogs coat and general well being. She has shown that she can deal with many situations and has over and beyond dealt with him with great care and love to my dog . I can recommend her with great ease, I just know that my dog will be happy, content, and come out bursting with beauty and excitement with his new clean coat of fur! He will be furrilious and happy to attend The Dog Stop , Wivenhoe, Essex.Excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My pooch Pip has been visiting The Dog Stop since Sam opened and I am more than happy with the service provided. Sam is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and always obliging with answering questions and offering advice. Pip isn't particularly enthusiastic about her appointments (she is aging and grumpy after all), but Sam is encouraging and patient. Pip always comes out bathed, trimmed, pampered and preened. An excellent local business.

Sam (& Mini) are an awesome team. Both pre & during Covid her professionalism, care & attention is 5*. So gentle with my older, scared lady. Would highly recommend her services.

Sam is so good with my pup! She has spent time and care getting him used to being at the groomers as he grows. She handles him with kind confidence and happily discusses my questions with me. I can tell his absolutely loves going to The Dog Stop as he drags me from my car to the door when we arrive! Thank you Sam!

Sam at The Dog Stop is brilliant. Ziggy attended puppy grooms before he started his big boy grooms. She is absolutely fantastic with him and does an excellent job. He loves going to see her an comes back looking beautiful.
