Great service every time. I was very impressed the first time we used them and we don't use anyone else now.The engineer gives a great explanation of the issues and gives all options available, unlike some of the other plumbers we used in the past.

In response to the owners comment - it is not a fake review at all. The work was satisfactory (as far as we know based upon a brief test upon completion) but the overall customer service is exactly why it’s a 1*. What exactly do you mean what goes around comes around? That’s an extremely concerning statement for any business to make. It seems you are now threatening a previous customer.
