Absolutely appalling and disgusting no care whatsoever had to remove my Nan as they didn’t look after her one bit she was left to defend herself and has also told us how she was pinched and slapped by members of staff we also found poo on her toilet seat just after they had left the room telling us everything was ok if you care about your loved ones do everything in your power to stop them from going here

Keep your family far away from this place, the 'care' is appalling and residents are treated like nothing, I'm surprised the cqc do not see what really goes on. The manager Mulkraj gives the residents alcohol, he is a fraud and has defrauded the HMRC, he should be investigated. The staff are sworn at all the time. The owners only care about money. All of this goes unnoticed and the place continues to rake the money in. Disgusting. Save your family and take them somewhere where they will really be cared for. The same goes for their Egham and Salt Hill care home where Janet is also complicit.

Both my sister and I would like to extend our thanks to you and all the carers / support staff at Windsor Care Centre.We both feel the care our mum received during her stay was exceptional. She was always cared for considerately, always kept clean and dressed each and every morning and equally was incredibly well looked after throughout the day and night during her time there.We both feel you can only judge a Care Home on its “care”. We don’t care about the aesthetics of the home and having had a previous experience when mum joined another care home in advance of joining you, we can honestly say Windsor Care Centre and the team have been the best experience we could have ever have wished for and we always knew mum was in good hands and we trusted you all with her care without any hesitation.No amount of words will ever reflect how grateful we are for all your help and please extend our gratitude and thanks across the whole team.Thank you.
