They are very polite, so there job to the best of their ability got my glasses the next day great customer service definitely recommend!

Absolutely superb. Had delays on way to appointment and the staff made me at ease by rescheduling at short notice to a later slot . On arrival everything was explained thoroughly by courteous and knowledgeable staff. Optometrist was great , taking time to explain things thoroughly and how the exam had gone . When I explained what I wanted in terms of glasses the optometrist suggested options that would be best for my eyes. From finishing the exam to choosing frames and having some new glasses on my face was only half an hour .I’m recommending this shop to work colleagues . Would sincerely recommend this shop to anyone because of the staff attitudes, service provided and great value for money .

This is a lovely shop with great staff who made all the difference to mine and my children’s eye exam experience.They have an on-site dispensing optician who expertly fitted my children’s glasses and we received a lovely coffee while we waited for our glasses to be glazed also on-site within an hour! Unbelievable.What’s more, it didn’t break the bank.Thoroughly impressed eye clinic. Thank you. We will definitely be back!

I am on my second pair of varifocals from here and they've both been perfect. The optician Riswan is absolutely great and very thorough and really looks after you, I'm 60 and have never had a better sight test. The staff are brilliant, professional and very helpful. Very disappointed with this opticians. I got my varificals in March of this year, and initially I was happy with them. But then 6 months later while I was on holiday in Turkey, they came apart in my hand. One of the lenses fell out and one of the arms fell off. I took them to a nearby optician to see if they could be repaired, but they told me they couldn’t repair them, so I had to have my existing lenses fitted into some new frames, which cost me 50 euros. When I returned home I went back to the eye clinic and complained, I said I didn’t expect that a pair of glasses would only last 6 months. They were completely unhelpful. They clearly didn’t believe me when I said the glasses just fell apart, and they refused any kind of compensation. I won’t be going there again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

I just love going to this Opticians the staff are second to none, extremely friendly and helpful. I had my eye test done today by the new Trainee Optician, what a thorough test I had indeed, again another lovely member of staff. It is an absolute pleasure to go to this Optician and I can't wait to pick my new glasses up. Also it is nice not to feel pressured into buying the most expensive glasses etc.
