Beautiful little place and some big carp to be had. Bit tough with parking on the a10 and noisy, but well worth it.

After 2 days and one night fishing here, think it has such potential scenery wise, but the fish don't seem to bite. I never see anyone catching anything and the traffic on the bypass is annoying! I see fish on the river, but none in the lake. I can't hear them or see them. I do like the freedom of it... No fences, but that traffic! It gets on my nerves... Especially on the far side of the lake.
