Absolutely disgusting, if this is the main travel hub of Hull, I'm surprised people don't turn around & leave straight away! Everything looks fine until you visit the toilets. The photos should tell you everything you need to know. *Note* The pigion in the picture is injured & is inside an closed waiting room, as in, not open.

I have disliked Paragon for decades, as a child I hated how we risked our lives running Infront of busses so we could freeze under the blue canopy and as an adult I hate the impossible to queue corridor it has become.The facilities are poor and minimal.I also distinctively remember how it was meant to be connected to the shopping centre but instead we got the randomly named Margaret Moxen Way with a crossing few bother to wait at... The worst of both worlds.The old station has huge potential and lots of history but it is either locked away or Hiden away...The one star at for at least it has a Greggs. The other star is just default otherwise it would have just been ONE.

I have used Hull railway station many times since 2017 and its a nice station. It has the bus station right next to it which is very handy and its located right in the middle of the city and near the hotels.The station is fully under cover.

I Travelled to Hull by train yesterday after booking through Trainline. We were told our train home (today) had been cancelled due to strike action but we could still catch a train before or after. There was nothing about all trains being cancelled and notices said a limited service. After arriving in Hull we went to customer service to see when the trains home were running the next day to find out there weren't any. They recommended we go the the travel center and find out more. The lady in the travel center couldn't have been more dismissive or unhelpful . When I asked about bus services she just shrugged her shoulders. I expect more from a service provider when people are obviously stuck and trying to find a way home.

This was a fantastic station to both arrive and depart at, consisting of a large area covered by a grand roof! The station sign looks glorious and the platforms have a large size for the trains along with zone numbers; navigation is easy via various signs. These even list the different ways out and a statue makes for a nice addition, situated well in this clean station!

I don't catch trains as I drive My daughter wanted to go on the train today for her birthday. I haven't been on one for years. Cutting along story short I received a fine because I didn't by a ticket but the site was down and it was a last minute thing. In Goole the ticket love wasn't open. I couldn't for the love of God get the payment to work. So I thought i could get them on the trains I don't understand why you can't do that. Trying to explain that was like trying to explain Adam and eve. The guy at the barrier said he was not going to fine my 11 year old daughter though oh right am I suppose to thank you. but issues me with a ticket. I was like what the hell really. Even tried showing him on my phone that I tried paying. I was not trying to rob £17 lol. Oh well thanks a lot. I no it's his job but in special circumstances I don't think a £64 fine was necessary and I'll never use a train again.On the way back. We were suppose to catch the train from platform 3. Sat there like idiots. Changed to platform 2. So we missed out train home had to wait a hour.

The new scan tickets to enter and leave are ridiculous. Two of the machines wouldn't scan, people getting frustrated etc. Hull is a tiny station and these machines slow people down. If it doesn't scan the next time I enter or leave the station, I'll simply jump the barrier. 1 star is being generous.

Coming to Hull via the Hull trains Service was OK but going out, the trains to King's Cross was delayed. We had to take an alternative and didn't have seat for most of the trip. Though the exchange was seamless. I'm glad I finally got to my destination.

Closed their toilets before 8pm while buses are still running. I've been on local buses all day, was shown to the shopping centre which closed their toilets earlier also.

Hi,I was at the train station in hull tonight and unfortunately the disabled toilets had been ‘kicked in’ I went to the lovely ladies cleaning the station who let me go to loo, please give my love and praise to the lady with short brown hair who handled it like a pro, she never asked me why I was disabled (my disability is in usable I can’t walk far or I dislocate my joints). What an angel honestly! I was expecting people to question me and she even held the door for me as I left! What a woman! (If I’m on the wrong page to give her a good review let me know so I can’t tell her boss she needs a raise! Or atleast an extra day holiday for being such a sweetheart)
