Was here today full load tip 1hour 30mins just pity they could not decide which door to go on told 5 then told 4 moved then had to move to let van driver out then door 3 in at 1145 out at 1315

I tried to call, in order to know if they sell a specific floor, and the lady that answered me, seeing that I don’t have an account number , hung up the call. Really poor customer service. The owner of the company should investigate on the causes.

tried to order some products from them, they said they would email as i needed to set up an account, they never emailed me, so i rang again to try and progress the order, i was transferred to 4 different people all saying it wasn't their department. Finally someone said they would look into it for me and ring me back within an hour, they never did, so i tried calling and the phone rang for 10 mins and no one answered! If they cant even take my money on an order, i wonder how poor their after sales would be!

The skill of handling the forklift and the unloading speed are excellent, but the culture, manners and treatment of the driver are very poor. They are not familiar with the custom of greeting.

The products are good but can’t believe the shocking customer service by the lads on the trade counter. I was stood in there for 5 mins without them looking up from watching a video on their phone. Once the looked up it was if I was an inconvenience that they wanted out as quickly as possible.Can’t believe such a large company has people like this representing them.Shameful.

I ordered 9 rolls carpet of the same carpet for a few flats, but they only sent 4 rolls and they said lost the other my 5 rolls !! Nobody even say sorry. they do not answer my calls, I think the manager in the mercado company is like GOD !! because after 2 months i can't find him or her just to explain my problem. they just say pay for our awful services. So I never pay it till recive all my order. Awful customer service. I will close my accounts with them and any of my flooring shops never buy anything from mercado again.

Always polite and helpful. The rep Graham will always go the extra mile to help.When I go to the trade counter sometimes it's busy but communication is always good.
