Profirst - Motorbike Clothes
I am VERY disappointed with Profirst. After talking to them, purchasing a suit, it did not fit me, reading their returns policy, returned it with tracking info that it had been delivered.Their customer service is appalling, I have called, emailed and only have one or two replies, and no refund, no call back, no emails, it was returned to them in July 2021 and we are now in September 2021 and still no email, call back or refund.I would not purchase anything from them. I will be going to the small claims court next.

Just purchased the waterproof 2 piece suit with body armour, gloves, and boots very comfy to wear nice and warm in good old British weather the 1st day they arrived we had a downpour and it was nice to get to work and stay nice and dry. Although I ordered it through Amazon Profirst got in touch to tell me when it would arrive very helpful thank you and yes I would recommend them to all my biking pals!!Thanx Jon

I bought textile jacket and trousers from Pro First in November 2018, when the trousers arrived I'd ordered the wrong size as they were too large, however Pro First replaced these for me no problem.In October 2019 I unfortunately had an off travelling at around 40mph, luckily I'd been wearing my Pro First jacket and it held up very well saving me some considerable damage to my shoulder. Had I been wearing my trousers at the time I'd have likely not caused so much damage to my legs.

Profirst - Motorbike Clothes
Using Profirst gears for more than 3 years now even though im living more warmer country Bangladesh which this make a bit uncomfortable when stopped. Travelled almost all parts of Bangladesh with this gears, always felt that im safe and protected which gives me more confident to ride. Profirst should make mesh gears for hotter country like us and for its riders safety.

Has to be one of the best purchases I have made, everything fits perfectly and is top quality for the money, I would definitely recommend anyone wanting a full set like this buy this one, the value for money is quite unbelievable I wasn't expecting the quality to be so good five stars from me.

Waterproof to some extent. Its certainly kept me warmer this winter but the zip on the boots have come apart from the material and zipper is only attached on one side now.Customer service not interested in replacing and ignore you half the time.Wont be use them again.

My partner who's been a biker for a good few years was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this jacket.Fits him well and he's happy with the size, the fit and all the details like the extra pockets, zips and reflective parts.Has kept him bone dry during lots of rainy journeys.

Bought ladies motorcycle boots which I wore a few times and seemed perfect but after storing them over winter noticed the sole has come away from upper on left boot. Have contacted them numerous times by email, their phone number is high priced to ring, their 30 day returns policy is all you get, so if products fall apart after that forget it. My purchase was within a year and surely boots should last longer than that. BUYER BEWARE, no after service offered for faulty goods only a returns policy for 30 days

Profirst - Motorbike Clothes
I just felt I should post a review of my Profirst motorcycle boots.I was unfortunate to have a van pull out on me and hit the side of at 45mph.Needless to say I was thrown a considerable way and landed it appears on my heels.The result was severe bruising to both legs and a broken femur. The point to all this is that the paramedics praised the gear I was wearing as it save me from considerably more injuries. This gear included a pair of 2 year old Profirst boots. Thanks Profirst I will be buying again and recommending you to my friends without hesitation.
