Great location and staff. Always patient with my kids which can be hard. A bit pricey but great facility. Clean and well maintained

My daughter takes swimming lessons here for almost 4 years. The staff is very friendly with children and parents as well.Everthing is clean and tidy up.Very pleased with this place

Great instructors, the kids have fun and learn quickly. Never have our kids turned down a lesson here, they love it too much.

Absolutely terrible company. We've had several issues.1. My four year old daughter who is unable to swim unaided had her floats removed and was left to fall fully under the water twice in a row which has absolutely terrified her and left her in floods of tears every time she enters the pool for a session since. We tried to continue taking her there after this happened but her fear was just getting worse and worse with very little support from staff there. I raised the issue several times onsite, didn't even get a call back.2. We've been overcharged previously and had to call and call multiple times to chase a refund.3. Lessons cancelled and we didn't receive a text, just arrived to find the venue closed.4. I have received a head injury onsite caused by a staff member knocking unsecured equipment overhead onto me whilst observing my child's swimming lesson.5. I finally cancelled the sessions and asked for a refund which I was told would be done the same day. A week later I was still chasing the refund. Finally got the refund after a further conversation about the agreed amount (they tried to refund less than agreed). Now I'm currently abroad and have received two emails over the last two days, one yesterday afternoon asking me to give them a call about the refund and a second email this morning stating I have been refunded twice and they require this returning and threatening me with legal action! No apology for their own error just straight to informing me about the issue and threatening legal action.The worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Only given them one start because I couldn't leave a zero star review.

Went with the grandkids to start swimming lessons. They loved it everyone isvreally helpful and lovely. Would highly recommend

Great place to learn. Our 2 year old quickly progressed from being scared of water to jumping in and swimming on his back. He's caught his big sister up already. Great teaching guys.

Very good for the first six months. Parkings not great but not end of the world. Staff have always bin friendly and helpful. Daughter had private lessons on a Saturday good instructor and made good progress. Once bawtry site opened she received a different instructor and her progress slowed and once Saturdays where stopped. Lessons had to be in week, different instructor from one week to the next and all progress came to a holt and if anything lack of consistency undid previous progress. Disappointing in the end.

We are relative newcomers to Swimstars & Dolphins. We had been with another swim school. They made us welcome and they were very good with Isla (4). She had always had swimming lessons with me in the water with her. At Swimstars & Dolphins the child goes independently with and abundance of staff in the water. Following 2 weeks of assessment she was placed into the next level. She has become more independent more confident and more assured in the pool. I'm very impressed with staff and their teaching methods. Very kind and very helpful staff.. recommended

Very impressed with the effort put in to ensure cleanliness. Helpful friendly busy staff offering excellent support for the children learning to swim including for those with physical needs. Very pleased to find a chair in the changing g cubical.
