Carepoint Services (Brighton & Hove)

Carepoint looked after my father beforehe passed away. I just cannot put intowords how amazing they were! Topquality care, compassionate, wonderfulpeople who looked after my dad withsuch love it was like he was one of theirfamily members. Claire, Carolyn andLoma were his three carers (and Manager Noel also has to have a mention for being wonderful too) and to say they made his last days easier not only helped him but us, his family, too.We will never forget their kindness - cannot recommend highly enough.

I used to work at Carepoint two months ago and throughout my time there I have to say the staff that work at the office are so generous and are a very warm hearted group of people to work with. Throughout my experience at this branch, the manager and the staff has always shown me the utmost respect that I could receive from a branch and are always organised in the way they make sure that the employees are fulfilling the role of what a carer should do when with a client. These can include the way the carers are communicating with the client , filling in the logbook and the MAR chart and also checking up on the client making sure they are comfortable in their own home when the carer is there which is important in relation to safeguarding. This branch is different to other care companies as the service user meets the carer thats going to work with them beforehand which shows the staff care about the service users in whether they are comfortable with the carer based off of first impressions. Noel, Claire, Loma, Carolyn are all legends and are a great group of people to work with and this is a great place to work at and you will thoroughly enjoy your experience working at this branch alongside a supportive group of staff at the office.

My Uncle was recently under palliative care with Carepoint Brighton. I cannot thank Claire enough for the dedication and compassion showed, in what currently is the most heartbreaking and horrendous time for our Family. Claire took the time to look after the entire Family with the upmost of respect shown to us all. I cannot thank this company enough for all they do.

We had carepoint to look after my mother in law. They were supportive, reassuring and there when we needed them the most. Noel the manager and Claire were always available to answer any questions and concerns. The professionalism from all the team was outstanding. While they were with mum they were brilliant and above all they respected her needs and the greatest impression I have is one of kindness. And let’s face it, that’s what you hope for the most. Kindness, compassion respect dignity and dedication which are the qualities they profoundly upheld.
