These guys were brilliant and super helpful to me. They knew my predicament, gave me the best advice, products with no quibble refund. To put a long story short, I had a leaking soil pipe from an en-suite roof conversion, which was causing ceiling damage. The plumber backed out at the last minute, so I had to do the job myself. Quite daunting in a small confined space. The product worked as predicted and I am very very grateful for for their support.Big thanks guys.

Popped in yesterday as closest merchants to where i was working. Needed a white 4 inch branch and coupler. Got charged over 3 times more than i would in 2 other merchants that i use. When i said i thought was overpriced as a trade customer who works in industry, the man behind the counter whose name i wont mention said to me, not everyone can afford to shop here. Almost jumped over the counter!!!! Would score zero.
