If you order glass from diamond glass in Crawley Shoreham Glass call you to come and pick it up. Why? Well because presumably they have bought or taken over Diamond Glass, but they do not tell you this when you are ordering over the phone. Having to go and pick it up was a pain. (Pun intended).
