Good pub with great service , good ale and really nice food.They have sausage rolls and pasties as well as cooked to order.

Awful staff, my partner was brought the wrong meal and the chef flat out refused to correct it as he ‘couldn’t be arsed’. The server who was dealing with it for us was also really unbothered and unapologetic about the whole thing, he just said that there was nothing to be done and gave us a refund without even trying to get it sorted or ask if there was anything else they could do. Really disappointing as my partner was nothing but polite about the whole thing and just wanted the meal he had actually ordered and the staff were just rude about the whole thing, especially as the mistake was from their side.

Never been before. Nice little pub , good selection of beers and lager. Liked the fact it had pasties and i think suasage rolls on offer at the bar (hot).

The Roebuck is modern, spacious and has a good atmosphere. Enclosed beer garden and pool tables inside. The place is immaculate throughout with friendly professional staff.I called in for a sunday roast ( they have plenty of other food options on the menu) and wasn't disappointed. Reasonably priced and very nice, the seasoning was spot on.Highly recommend and would return.

Smaller pub, just on the edge of the city centre and close to Sheffield Hallam University main campus.Staff are friendly, although service sometimes a little slow, with poor listening skills on occasion (wanted meat and potato pie, but rather than say it wasn't available and state the alternatives, my friend kept being overridden with so steak and ale pie?")Food good quality and reasonably priced. Will definitely return."

This is one of those pubs that's been around forever and the quality goes up and down. I'm assuming as it changes owners. In October 23 I can't knock it. The food is tasty and appealing. The drinks are reasonably priced compared to other parts of town and the staff are very friendly. As its close to our new office it's become our local and hope it remains as it is for a long time to come.

Food is some of the best pub food in Sheffield, with a few unique twists. Went here about 5 years ago and the food was sh*t. When here on the corronation, and wasn't expecting much ..... but when it arrived it was well cooked big portions for the price, interesting sides . They had chopped large sausage instead of chips....everything was nice.....the wings where had alto of batter but it was crispy and well seasoned .....there's alot of bad pubs in Sheffield....this definitely isn't one
