Pony Patch

Had a great time. My grandchildren absolutely loved the whole experience. The staff are all lovely. The girls who took the kids round on the ponies were so patient and made sure the kids were safe at all times.. The kids got to groom their pony , platt their mains and paint their hooves, before being taken out for a ride. Great time had by all. We’ll definitely be back. Xx

Great place for young children who loves horses the staff was lovely and very patient with the children and safety was to a high standard. Well worth the money , slightly disappointed as by the time my daughter had her groom and ride there was only 10 minutes to play after due to a party which we wasn’t made aware of at the time of booking which she was upset about. Would advise to ask when booking

Really great place to visit for young children. Our daughter has autism and is non verbal and 6 years old and she helped brush the pony named poppy and put bows in her mane and helped put the saddle on poppy so she could ride her. She was like a pro on her first ever ride. The staff were friendly and helpful and thank you for helping make our daughters day.

This place is an absolute gem. The owners have nailed the model (especially for parties which is why we were there), there is a small but varied adventure play area, a bouncy castle (indoors), and of course ponies. The kids were able to stroke them and ride a decent distance and then go off to play. Adults could sit in or out of the (small but well stocked) café and the setting is beautiful. The only downside was the quality of the catering for the party which wasn't great or varied. Everything is very well maintained and safe to explore. Thoroughly recommend this place, we'll be back soon!

Safety is paramount here, and the ponies as very well cared with experienced staff leading the ponies. However, the fun factor still remains a hugely enjoyable activity for young children to experience. My grandchildren loved it! We booked again!

Amazing day out my two year old, her first experience of pony riding. Nowhere around offers this. The staff were very friendly, helpful and caring towards us and the ponies.Started by giving Rupert the pony a brush and pamper! Followed by a pony ride down a track. The handler was a lovely girl who really eased my little ones nerves.The experience is made more pleasurable for children as it has lots of play activities including a sand pit, indoor bouncy castle, pot painting, drawing and more!A lovely cafe offering snacks, ice cream and hot/ cold drinks- very reasonable prices.I'd definitely recommend and will returning

It is a wonderful little place & a fanatic way to introduce a child into the world of horses. I took my 4 year old granddaughter for the 1st time. She absolutely loved it. We did the play and ride package as i wasn't sure if she'd like it or not, but no worries, there, as she loved it. The girls who work there are so caring and understanding. My granddaughter is hooked, so we will be returning but to do more riding than play in the future.
