Plymouth & Devon Schools Sailing Association

A brilliant organisation that not only provides kids from all kinds of backgrounds with a great way to enjoy sailing and the sea, but also teaches adults to sale too! They provide everything from the wetsuit boots to the boat you'll sail with some great tuition thrown in. An iconic sailing centre on the Barbican that I hope can keep going despite the rate increases (come on Plymouth Council, it's a charity after all). It's the only place in Plymouth I know where you can turn up with £15 and a towel and have a great Saturday mornings sailing, whoever you are and whether you've sailed before or not. Give it a go!
