Have used MES Systems for over 10 years to service my home burglar alarm. I have always found them to be very efficient, timely and responsive to my requirements. The MES system that I have has proved to be very reliable over the years and when the time comes to upgrade to a more modern version, I will have no hesitation in using MES install my new one.

Dear MES,In addition to looking after my home personal alarm system brilliantly, you've just completed the installation of an 8 security cameras system at my church - Our Lady of the Angels, Coton Rd. Nuneaton. Georgia came out to survey our requirements. She instantly understood what we needed and designed a network of cameras that has done the job perfectly. There wasn't a question that she couldn't answer - she's credit to you - well done Georgia.The system was installed on time and on budget.The installers just got on with it - no dramas.So, well done MES for the great work.RegardsPhil Yeomans.

We recently had MES Systems take over our alarm system and become our new provider. From start to finish the whole process was very professional and well managed. The engineer who attended us did a great job. There was one small problem, however we were communicated with really well and the same engineer returned the following day and put everything right with a replacement part. We would highly recommend avoiding the big name companies that provide poor service, go with MES and get a genuine company that cares about their customers.

We have a new build house with one of their alarms. No one else seems interested in helping when there is an issue. It seems the buyers of the houses are a captive market. Service has always been very good when I have used them but call outs are not cheap.

MES came to service my intruder alarm and CCTV Systems today.James was the engineer; a very competent, polite and pleasant chap who has been visiting my property for a number of years now.The Systems were thoroughly reviewed, tested and cleaned with no issues detected with a clean bill of health for another year.

We've had an alarm system from MES for over 20 years. At the time the system was installed the MES staff took time time listen to our requirements and design it to suit. We have large indoor cats and it was important that the system would detect intruders whilst allowing the cats to roam without triggering it. Since then the system has been serviced annually by MES and updated when necessary. At all times everyone at MES has been polite and helpful - one of the benefits of using a good local firm rather than a faceless national corporation. Thoroughly recommended and worthy of 5*.
