The rooms were well cleaned and handed over to us before the check in time .They had a free parking space and other services near to the lodgeThe lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly.Overall the stay was very good for this price for 2 days.

I came here with my family and the customer service was amazing and there were extremely polite and very helpful.The room we were staying in were clean and sanitary.There were loads of different takeaway places very close by and overall the stay was fantastic and would recommend it to a friend.

A bit run down compared to the average Travelodge. Our room was not very clean and had an awful stale smell.

In best avarege service. Clean room. They charge 3pounds for WiFi which is not even working properly. Disappointed.

I was downgraded from a family room to a service room and no refund given. There was a discarded toe nail on the carpet and cup marks everywhere. Bathroom was not very clean. The hallway smelled of BO, but the room was slightly less smelly. The hotel is on the motorway about 10 minutes drive to Heathrow T2,3 and about 30 minutes to Shepherd's Bush.

Old decor not a lot around booked a double room and ended up in a disabled room with 2 single beds , worst night sleep ever!..

Only staying for one night but don’t feel like sleeping now, carpet definitely hasn’t been vacuumed, bits on the floor, including some rubbish. Found a wood lice crawling across my bed, got rid of it then found another one straight away. It’s put me off sleeping, staff are friendly but sort it out Travelodge!

Had to stay here because my flight was cancelled at Heathrow. Rooms were very dirty. Blood stains in bathroom and mold everywhere. The sheets irritated my skin and were very itchy.

Avoid at all costs. Untidy, unsanitary, smelly hotel that is not fit for human use.Rat droppings all over the room. Just read another review that they had cockroaches and another the mentioned their kids got ill. How a place like this is able to run god only knows, it should be illegal. Staff didn't seem to care.
