Moor Street Railway Station
This was a fantastic station for departure, maintaining a classic station design! The platform signs and decorations create this feel in depth, departure boards are up to date and the layout is suitable. Platforms are well sized for trains, walkability is fine and cleanliness had been enforced!

I haven’t had very good experiences here, they made me miss a train for a fault that wasn’t my own. The coffee from the store there is lovely and it’s quite a cute station located in a convenient area.

Moor Street Railway Station
Lift was not working. How are the disabled, pushchairs and other users suppose to get across to the other platforms??Received no help from any member of staff and was left to take a 2year old and a very heavy pushchair up and down flights of stairs. No sense of safety for my child at all. Thankfully my child was well behaved...Shocking!

Moor Street Railway Station
This station has several train operators, so be certain you have the right ticket and get the right train. The station has sympathetically been restored with a modern look, too. The station has gated access, and there are inspectors at the station daily checking tickets from customers. There are toilets kn the station buy they were not pleasant to visit. Ample shops and a booking hall welcome you to the station. The station is well located in the city centre.

Moor Street Railway Station
This was my first time using Moor Street Station. Very pleasant place to be. The decor and signage was nearly all Great Western Railway which seems to have a lot more character and style than many modernised stations.
