Green Motion Car & Van Rental - Manchester Airport

Highly recommend. Arrived in to Manchester Airport, shuttle bus dropped us at the green motion office within 10 minutes. We were served by Fitz who couldn't do enough for us. We took the full insurance for zero excess and peace of mind and also a nice upgrade. Pleasure doing business with Fitz at green motion. I will definitely be using again.Alan.

Hired a car for the day from Green Motion at Manchester Airport and everything was first class. Easy to book and excellent service. Umair greeted us on arrival and he was super efficient and super friendly. Ritz was equally impressive when we returned the car. Quickly checked and confirmed everything was in order and sent us on our way with a smile. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Not bad,quite happy with the service and the car i received for the price i paid.Friendly clerk, gave me an upgrade, and let me have the car much earlier than what i have booked.Not the most scenic location, but close to the airport and the shuttle bus gets you there anytime of the day.Next time i will book directly from them, rather than through other websites that offer to buy coverage which is just a scam.Always read the fine print people.All in all- satisfied.

We dealt with Asif who was really lovely. When we arrived he was dealing with a woman who was nothing short of ignorant. He was polite to her and repeatedly made the policies clear. She was incredibly rude and ate 40 minutes of his time as he consistently had to repeat himself.After the ordeal you would have thought he would be too tired to look after us but no, he turned to us with a smile and didn't let any frustration get to him. He was bright, bubbly and a total superstar.The car was clean and comfortable. There was one item of damage noted at pick up and we had no issues on return, full hold released. Car park is crazy tight but I think that's the same with all car rentals.

Fantastic prices, allow a little time to do paperwork when you arrive or do it online. Good straight forward team in manchester. Make sure you check the car- just do a video in and out to avoid any issues. Ritz checked the car in on return- super friendly Chap and even offered a cup of ☕️ coffee as I was waiting for the shuttle bus to the airport. I’ll use again. Top marks.

COWBOYS - BEWARE! Do NOT hire a car from this company. Rent one from a reputable company - these are not one. I had a fine from entering a bus lane whilst in the hire car. Not great from me but I duly paid the fine immediately on receiving it. The fine was £60. I've now just received an administration charge" of £68. Whether it's in the terms and conditions or not. Absolutely scandalous. Terrible company with terrible customer service and terrible values. Rip off merchants"

I would like to commend the agent dealing with me and the excellent customer service he gave (Ritz). He was friendly, attentive and efficient. He also ensured weary incomers were acknowledged, and even did so again when we left to look at the car (stating he’d be back as soon as possible” and “help yourself to a drink if you need”).I think this 'above and beyond’ customer service is worth my time to write this review.
