Awful experience, avoid like the plague. This company has stalled and failed to refund my deposit, promised to do it within 7 days (obviously a lie). They cut corners on one contract and then failed to provide a method statement about how they will fulfil another contract, attempted to lie about the 14 days cooling off period. This will end up in Court. Avoid this company and disregard the smooth talk.

I would strongly not recommend this company , customer service is terrible, I made an application on the 22.6.23, paid my deposit of a £1000 , then to be told I would receive a email on the Monday, and then a choice of start dates 2 days after , never as the company been in contact with me , it’s me who has to telephone them , to be told your application is in referral, which will take two days . The company says they will contact me by Friday day which they never do , and now the new approach when I call , which in itself has been going on for 3 weeks, on a Friday I’m now told by the company they will have a decision by Tuesday. . It’s now 28.7.23 , guess what day it is , Friday , no phone calls except me calling the company later.follow up review to be posted,

I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with Thermal Home Improvements Ltd (THI) and their abysmal workmanship. Hiring THI for my project turned out to be a grave mistake, and I strongly urge others to think twice before considering their services.Right from the start, it was evident that the quality of their work was far from satisfactory. They never show up on time, they never show up on the promised day, they left my property in a mess and I had to clean, they left my grass damaged with concrete, they are unreliable.The installation of Indian flags on my property, which were supposed to enhance its aesthetic appeal, quickly turned into a nightmare. The flags began to shift and move, revealing the glaring lack of proper sealing. Not only were they unbalanced, but the grout between the flags and edges had completely disappeared.When I reached out to THI to address these issues, their response was disheartening. Despite acknowledging the problems, they failed to take any meaningful action to rectify the situation. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction was deeply unsettling.The overall workmanship provided by THI was subpar and fell far below industry standards. It is evident that they lack the necessary expertise and attention to detail required for delivering quality results. The poor craftsmanship has left me with unfinished and unsightly work on my property, which is not only frustrating but also reflects poorly on their reputation as a company.Considering the magnitude of the problems and the lack of any satisfactory resolution I decided to take further action. I strongly advise against engaging Thermal Home Improvements Ltd for any home improvement projects. Their workmanship is far from reliable, and their inability or unwillingness to address the issues leaves customers in a state of frustration and disappointment.In light of my experience, I highly recommend exploring other reputable options with a proven track record of delivering quality workmanship. Investing in a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction and takes pride in their craftsmanship will save you the distress and headaches associated with substandard work like that provided by THI.Note: I was offered a discount on a new project if I removed the negative review for a positive review.

Just had my bathroom done by Gary and Dave. They were absolutely brilliant. Can't fault the quality of the bathroom and the finishing touches. Just amazing. They are both a credit to the company. I would have give thermal 5 stars however the business side to it was a disappointment. Was told bathroom would be installed within 4 weeks. This wasn't the case. I had to email multiple times to chase this up. Considering how much money I have spent I have a single piece of paper with some terms and conditions on. I have asked so many times for some sort of welcome pack, direct debt information as well as some sort of paper work in relation to the 10 year guarantee that comes with it... I've not even been answered. Management would personally get 2 stars, only the fact that Gary and Dave we so fantastic and the bathroom is amazing it's 4 stars.Hopefully constructive criticism as I would use the company again only for Gary and Dave.

Had Thermal Home improvements install a new composite door 2 weeks ago. The fitter arrived as agreed, placed covers to protect my hall way. Door fitted within 2 hours. Thoroughly cleaned hall way and front of house. I would have no problem recommending THI.

I had my drive and front garden area, block paved. Job was done efficency and they worked with me to solve some issues with pipes (not relating to the company). Customer service team were really helpful and responsive. only minor issue was level of clean up post job. Some sand and rubble left on pavement/Road that I needed to sweep up after but other than this a great job. the driveway looks great

Had patio sliding door changed to full ‘wall’ of windows - upper windows & lower windows (would normally be brick) plus side opening windows. Brilliant Job Done - installers were excellent & friendly. When we had a ‘manufactures’ problem it was identified & resolved very quickly with communication all the way through.From Martin coming out to take our order to it being finished to our satisfaction was all done brilliantly & would recommend THI to friends & family to use for their windows.

£1800 deposit paid. Job never done. 23 phone calls, several emails... no refund. This firm are charlatans and fraudsters. Do not entertain them.
