Royal Mail Depot

A couple of months ago, I had to collect a parcel from the Collection Office in Craigavon and discovered on arrival that the opening hours had changed and were now 0700-0900, where the normal hours were shown on their website. I went back the following morning. Having missed a delivery yesterday, I checked the hours on the website and was encouraged to see that it was at least showing the 0700-0900 hours. On arriving this morning at 0700, I found a number of people reading a handwritten sign on the gate, saying that 'new' temporary hours are in placefrom 0800-1000! I'm going into work late, because the new timings are of no use to me, and I suspect many others. Get real Royal Mail - give simple information it's not a lot to ask!!!

Customer service is a complete joke not the service in my local depot "but that unfit for purpose phoneline Customer service is Customer Avoidance try to ask if an email is genuine do I send my card details nothing back from Royal mail waiting on the phone for 45 minutes only to be cut off at 6pm as everyone in a Multinational company had to go home"

Staff on collection counter always great. Very helpful and will help if they can .Don't bother with the centralised phone service its a call centre in England Doubt they could find Craigavon on a map ! . Just go up to sorting office yourself..

Always helpful and very pleasant staff! I have never experienced any problem picking up parcels at this depo.

Poor they delivery guys need sacking. They are so incompetent. Been expecting delivery and they are a joke. I was at the house and all and no wrap no nothing no bell ring nothing they don’t care and couldn’t be bothered to even deliver your parcels they are a joke of a service wish Royal Mail would go and disband they are worst!! Avoid at all costs!!

Need an urgent parcel - been on phone waiting 20 mins. Contact number displayed on door unobtainable - no staff in sight. Service really bad.

I was at home at home all day and its said i missed my parcel at 7am on my royal mail tracking number but I didnt hear a knock on the door from the post man and he didnt leave me a card to rearrange a delivery!This is happened few time this week and I didnt get my parcel at all!!!

My husband and I have had to come here several times now to retrieve parcels we weren't home to sign for, and each visit has been efficient. The postal workers are very clearly spread a bit thin and so there can be a wait, but they do their best to make sure everything is in order for all their patrons. They also have very handy and accessible hours, however the parking can be a bit hit or miss during peak times (as in there is none).

Sitting outside the depo it says on line it opens from 7am to 9am which is short enough but its now 7.35 and it still hasn't opened how are people meant to get their parcels if it doesn't even open up on tome its ridiculous
