The experience was so good and I was given honest and great advice. They were able to fix my old MacBook and installed a new hard drive and managed to transport all my data successfully which is amazing as I didn’t have any backup for my huge catalogue of songs and files. I highly recommend the expertise of the specialists at this great shop. A big thank you to George and the team.

Professional and speedy service. Urgently needed to replace a laptop battery and it was done within 2 days (including the time taken to order the battery). Cannot comment on price competition, as urgency and location were my deciding factors, but the efficiency of service outweighed saving a few pounds. Highly recommend IT Specialists, Kew

Every time I take my laptop to this place I am blown away by how easy it is.They are always friendly, they take the time to understand your specific needs, and discuss all the options that you have, even if you are a total technophobe like me. I have had a general cleanup of my laptop, they have helped me with a virus problem, and have changed my hard drive as well. Each time I think my laptop is beyond help they return it to me as good as new!

A great shop and people. Not only can they be relied upon, but their specialists are willing to go the extra mile to accommodate specific customer requirements.
