Called Chris to my works premises, he attended very promptly and got the job done in the evening. It was a freezing night but he stayed until the job was done. Would definitely recommend. Price was really good too. Thank you Chris and the team A***

I was most impressed with the service from Chris. I called Chris but he was unable to answer immediately due to being on a job already. I didn't leave a message but not 5 minutes later, I received a message from him explaining he was busy with a customer but would call me back asap which he certainly did. After explaining that I had a badly blocked toilet and or drain ( and was due to fly out on holiday the next morning), he said that he would fit me in but it might be later in the evening. However, he re scheduled an appointment and was actually able to see me in the afternoon. He was very polite, explained and showed me the problem on the camera and was able to unblock the toilet and drain quickly and efficiently.He also took the time to suggest a more permanent solution to stop this happening. I have never been so impressed with anyone. AMAZING SERVICE and not there to rip me off like some tradesmen have tried in the past. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely man and will most definitely be using his services in the future. Absolutely first class, thanks Chris.

Chris replied immediately to my initial message and was with us to help with our slow drains. He sorted the problem swiftly and efficiently. Chris was friendly and helpful; he explained the issue, gave us tips for prevention and signs to look out for in future. Will definitely use his service again if required. :)

Fantastic, Chris and his team go above and beyond to help.We had a double blockage at our shop and Chris and team attended exactly when they said they would, even provided tracking information on their journey to us. They cleared the one blockage really quick, the second was a bit more challenging due to the shape and bends in the downpipe, but they weren't going to be beaten, they went above and beyond to shift the other blockage and even advised that the poor drain run could be easily modified to make it drain better, which is my job for this weekend.The price was extremely reasonable too, less than I'd have expected to pay with the nationals.Forget the big national companies out there, these guys are who you need for your blocked drains and sewers, use local companies where you can.Whilst I hope not to have to use these guys again, if ever we have a sewage problem in the future we know who we'll be using.

Excellent service from Chris who responded propmtly to my inquiries. He explained what needed doing, and kept the appointment to survey drains for an upcoming house purchase. He then sent the Report and we were able to proceed with our house purchase. Highly Recommend
